There was a case here last year of a chap who murdered his wife and left the
body on the kitchen floor. He went out and bought a gallon of petrol in a
can, and poured it over the body. Before he could light it, the central
heating boiler came on.
They weren't sure whether the blast killed him, or the fact that he was blown
right through a nine-inch brick wall, or the fact that he hit another house
wall at a pretty reasonable speed. But he sure was _dead_.
