4kq squeak

Hello out there.
I was stuck in freeway traffic when I heard a squeak coming from the left 
side of my 4kq.  I though it was the car to the side of me, but it kept 
following me.  I can only hear it when I'm going slow and it pulsates.  
If I had to guess, I would say it was a warrped rotor, but I don't know.  
Does it sound like a rotor problem, or is it the bearing.  It sounds 
pretty bad.  Any info will be very helpful.
