It is so funny how everything that goes wrong on every 4k consistently goes
wrong on every other 4k.  Mine began the same problem several months ago
and is real close to the end.  Someone is sending me one in the mail now!

Let me guess, when you turn the switch to the headlight position the dash
and parking lights go out?  That is what mine does until I fiddle with it
for a while and they work.

Someone on the list is bound to have one.
