5K Starting Probs

There is a close relative of the "code dumping" procedure that exercises the 
fuel pump relay and the pump.  You put the fuse in _before_ switching on the 
ignition, and it cycles the electrically operated bits.

Flywheel timing peg.  Check the sensors on the flywheel housing and the wiring 
back to the shop.
