Re[2]: WOT Switch



As I recall, mine is gray and rectangular, with maybe a black side 
opposite the switch lever side.  The lever actuates a button that 
looks like it might be part of an internal microswitch (tm?), but has 
a flexible gasket.  There is a visible seam at the edge of the side 
opposite the lever.  Perhaps this can be prised apart, but your 
description suggests you have a different construction.

If its the same as the 5K series (Black plastic case, would be rectangular 
except beveled on top corners, etc) they are quite easy to take apart and 
repair, then glue back together. Even if somewhat different, I would imagine 
the Bosch principles of operation remain the same. Taking apart, all you 
need do is file the leaf switch slightly and slap it back together. On mine, 
I just left the cover off - easier to check on...
