Information on 4000CS Quattro

I am looking for a nice 86-or 87 4000CS Quattro and have found a couple.

What I havent found is a nice web page full of nice information about the
4000CS Quattro.  I am interested in variability from year to year.   What
options were available, etc...etc... 

What about performance mods?? Engine??    I am new to the 5cylinder area......
Suspension, what about mods for the Quattro suspensions?

Wheels....what is the bolt pattern?   What about offset.    If I were to
upgrade to 15" rims what size would I get in tires or wheels?
