Audi TSB available on-line?? / BMWs

Does anyone know if Audi TSBs are available on the Web?  My 'service
advisor' seemed edgy when I ask to the the A4Q related TSB....

Re BMW M3 4-door - Yes, they are in the US in showrooms.  I drove one
before purchasing my A4Q.  Wonderful car, but alot more $$, and no match
for Quattro in the snow up here in the northeast, even though it did
have traction-control as standard equip. If I lived in a dry climate my
purchase may have not been the Audi...(no flames please, just one man's
opinion).
