Ti Springs

My Mountain Bike uses a Ti spring for the rear mono-shock!  Its a
"costly" piece!

As for aircraft piece's made from Ti, they too are very expensive! 
The F-18
utilizes quite a bit of Ti pieces, in just about every aspect of the
aircraft!  Alot of the
hydraulic fittings are also ti!

The majority of us Ti comes from Russia!  

There is a US company that makes Ti springs for Valve's, I believe
their name is 
Tiltson?  Someone could call them for some info!
