Nope.  The article says that for the Avant, the auto Tiptronic
will be the standard transmission.

This is the second reference I've seen that implies that we
won't be able to get a manual trans A4 Avant, at least not at first.
And I am *extremely* bummed about this... I was planning on
trading my A4 for an Avant, but I want manual trans.

Of course, I know nothing about the Tiptronic... anyone care
to offer an explanation and/or opinion?
