That's my 4000 you're talking about.  It's not a q, but still a great
car to drive.  Anyway, the headlights are made by Cibie, and are the
one piece wrap-around type including hi/lo beams as well as driving
light and "city" light.  The version on my car is for the early style
cars (pre-85) with the straight grill.  Your later model coupe has a
sloped grill, and there is an equivalent, matching Cibie model.

The ones that European Car magazine used for their project 4000CSQ were
made by Hella, which do not wrap around.  They still use the orange
side lenses, and do not have a built-in driving light.
