RE: eurolite pics online (RPI Sale info)

All of you have forgotten the Hella version of the Cibies, same configuration, different manufacturer. However a critical issue is the Cibies are currently, for all practical purposes unavailable in the USA and the Hellas have immediate availability. Recently did a great deal of research on all of these headlights and even installed a set of Euro twin bulbs into my 87 4kq. They are great headlights and a huge improvement over stock.

The project 4kq in EC mag used the single bulb Hella H4. Although I have not researched Ron's Parts' offer, I highly suspect he is selling these. Why? Because I have spoken with Hella USA and Hella Germany and there appears to be no way possible for Ron's to even acquire the twin bulb units for anywhere close to the price he is selling them for. And that's before you take into consideration the differences in the exchange rates. Something doesn't add up here.

Remember a deal too good to be true usually is!

These, apparently, suck.

These are OK.

No difference with the Hellas, just a different make. I have both of them
lying next to me, and can't find any differences except for the name on the
lens.

Great lights, especially on high beam (when the H1s come on).

Note: lights #2 and 3 have the markers (turn signals in Europe) as separate
parts beside the headlights, the cars that have #4 (Euro Audi 80q, Audi 90,
Audi Coupe, UrQ) have the turn signals in the front bumper, with foglights
beside them. The things beside lights #4 are not lights, just reflector
thingies.
