I've never seen an S2 in this country, but I thought they brought some in in 1991-92
Road & Track ran a comparison test of the S2 versus the BMW M-3 (previous
model).  That was in 1992, I think (I'll check when I get home).  Testing may
have been done in Yurrop.  Yes it was the coupe body, but on steroids.  I thought
the RS2 was a joint Porsche-Audi venture, and a quite different car (showcases
what I really don't know).

I'd like to know too whether the S2 designation really was because it was a 2-dr
with S4 being 4-dr., or whether some other logic was in place.
