This sounds so ridiculous, that I might guess it was an April fools joke 
if it were a couple weeks earlier.   I can't see them throwing the towel 
that easily - not in America, the land of the free!   That will be very 
bad for motorsports, unless the tobacco guys find a different way to 
support/advertise the racing industry.
