Hot starting problem.
Dear List Members,
I have just bought an '85 80 sport for £750. It has done 106k
miles and I have just spent £400 on various braking and steering faults.
After replacing plugs, ht leads and the distributor cap, cold starting is
now not a problem. Starting from hot however can require leaving the engine
for a couple of minutes before it will fire. I have no idea why this is
happening as I am fairly new to this.
Secondly, has anyone any experience with multi electrode plugs?
This has probably been the subject of much debate on the list in the past,
if so say so and I'll trawl through the archive.
