I had a dealer quote me $1200 over "cost". Cost is the "wholesale"
http://www.kbb.com Kelly Blue Book price plus and additional 1 percent for
dealer advertising. Add to that local tax at 7.25 percent for Ventura
County.
The 1.8tq with sport wheels and yellow paint was quoted to me at $24777.00
excluding both local tax at (8.25 percent for Los Angeles County) and
registration fee.
For what you would pay, you could have had almost two 1.8tq's here in the
U.S.A. Of course our government doesn't yet allocate federal funds for the
local Hell's Angels motorcycle club, but who am I to criticize Scandanavian
socialism?
