You would think so, but I was surprised to find that this is not
necessarily always true...I recently noticed a bad pull to the left
shortly after a rotation, but assumed it was the alignment because of
'pothole season'. Had it checked, and all was in spec. Swapped the
fronts, and lo and behold, the car tracked perfectly. Mechanic said it
was either uneven tire wear, or that it could have even come that way
from the factory. Wasn't a problem until THAT tire was in THAT location
on the car. Tires have 29k on them, by the way.
