I disagree.  As the owner of a slightly modified '91 200q (IA stage iii) and
retro'd brakes (Girling G60), I would like MORE brakes.  The end of the
straight at SIR, PIR or Bremerton comes up much too fast :)  Even on the
street, shorter braking distances would be a big plus.  Interesting that in
this case, it is much less expensive to GO faster than to STOP faster.
