RE: The streak continues...

This brings up an interesting thing. My old man has never liked my cars
either yet for some reason he is showings signs of interest in my urq.
As example, he just went out and bought a parts cleaner, halogen work
lights and a pressure washer. These are all things my dad would use
almost not at all. He called me to tell me about these things and my
first thought was "why in hell did my dad buy these things?" Then like
the proverbial light bulb over my head it became clear. He is throwing
his support behind my new project. I would not expect my quattro buds to
fully understand the magnitude of this realization but it is very
significant! My old man is nothing but mister practical. My quattro is
anything but practical in my life.
He has a German friend named Wolfgang who pointed out to him a couple
things. One, just how appreciated these cars are outside the US and two,
the rarity of them here. So its a big thumbs up for dad! Now if I can
just get him over here to fix my clutch master cylinder .......
Cheers
