Hi Brian!

When I removed the front bumper from my '90 CQ, I had my choice of
removing the 13mm bolt from the C-bracket on the absorber, to get the
bumper off.  The other alternative is to remove the four 13mm bolts that
fold the absorber.  There are three bolts on the face plate, and then a
fourth on the inside of the frame rail.  It just depends on whatever
looks like less of a P.I.T.A.  Hope this helps...
