Quattro decals and Miata envy

The Miata.Net sticker looks great on my white '91 "A" package Miata. The
thing is that the actual list was at miata-list@jhunix.jhu.edu or some
other terrible address, so what should really be done is to register
Quattro.Net as a domain and get stickers that say that instead. I imagine a
sticker that says, simply, "quattro.net" in the Quattro font. This sticker
would be made available in a variety of Quattro colors. Mine would be red,
of course :-)

Lots of great things are available for Miata enthusiats at Miata.Net, and
there is no reason why we couldn't do the same thing. The main thing that
would be required would be the time to set the site up and maintain it.
Perhaps Miata.net envy could be turned into Quattro.net energy!

I come to the Quattro world spoiled by the wonderful accessories and
go-faster goodies available in the Miata world. I guess when the design of
the car is largely unchanged for 8 years it's pretty easy to make
accessories that appeal to a broad market. I imagined that there would be a
similar number of goodies available for my new-to-me 87 4kcsq, and was
disappointed that there was virtually nothing. Some kind soul did at least
point me to a company that sells center armrests for my car, but that's
about it...

It's 70 degrees and sunny today. Guess which car I am driving. ;-P
