clutch master hassles

Check that the clutch pedal's travel is stopped by the piston reaching the end
of the master cylinder. The actuator rod has a screw adjustment - this _HAS_
to be right or bleeding will leave an air pocket producing the symptoms you
describe. Check where the clutch pedal stops, and move the adjusting screw
until this position _just_ changes. Then re-bleed.
