Intended 1.8tq Acceleration

FYI,
I talked to Ned Richie at Intended Acceleration yesterday re: his
planned 1.8t mods. Here's what I gleaned from the phone
conversaion.
I'm a bit unclear of the mods needed to get beyond the 220 mark, 
but Ned seems confident that reliable power into the low 300s is
available.
It sounds like the "chip" mod is actually 2 chips. And he strongly
cautions
against doing this mod at home. Not sure why.
