6th gear for US S4?

Has anyone added the 6th gear to a US S4?  It appears, looking at the
Bentley books, that there's only about half a dozen parts involved.  Is
this correct?

Does anyone know what the ratio is for this gear?  I'd love to have a
0.5:1 6th for those long trips...

Any info welcome.
