Craig Jones, owner of the infamous "Lava Machine" is the owner of that MC
equipped 84 4000 tq.  He is also the one that does the big t-body mods for
the Vr/V6 vw audi engines.  Just saw him at Grattan, as well as last Wed.
 This is as close to an all out racer as you will see.  He has Urq fenders
(fiberglass imitations), which are needed to help fit the MC fuel dist.  The
whole front end is off a Subaru Outback, the driving lights are air ducts for
the brakes.  Full cage, no rear seats....  Well you get the picture.  What
was impressive at Grattan, that thing ran consistant 3 half hour sessions in
a row, both days, with nary a breakdown.  Not a lot of IT racers can claim
that.  It is a budget car, no frills, but the execution works well.
