'93 90CSq Questions

My wife informed me that she was tired of "herding" our '91 200q around
and she was going to pick, "for the first time in 27 years", a car that
she really wanted.  After scaring the bejesus out of me with threats of
getting an Integra automatic, she is now seriously looking at a '93
90CSq with about 52k on the clock.  The thing is really kind'a cute with
its laser red paint and black leather interior.  Besides needing a new
cat, it looks and drives pretty well.  The car is currently in the
possession of a local Portland area broker who I purchased our  200 from
several years ago and who I have a lot of confidence in.  However as
this car was acquired at a VoA auction on the east coast, I am a little
concerned in that I am unable to speak to the previous owner.  I was
able to obtain the prior owner's name, address and phone number, which
has now been changed and is unlisted (hummmmm).  Anyway, as I am trying
to make a decision, as if it were mine to make, on whether to buy or not
today, I would appreciate any advise on this car.  Additional
description is as follows:  Heated sport seats, gamma radio with trunk
mounted Alpine 6 disk changer (can't get magazine to eject), near new
Aquatreads on those Minilite looking alloys, deck spoiler,  Clifford
alarm (a real cobble job, probably a tear out), no rust, above or
below.  The prior owners' initials are P. & A.  B.  with a residence
located in Mahwah, New Jersey.  If anybody knows any thing about this
specific car or has any general comments, I would appreciate hearing
from you. BTW, the asking price is $18,700.
