"minilite" looking wheels? - I think all the csq's came with pretty nice 
factory alloys (Ronals - I think) I'd be worried about why original 
aren't on the car.

I think $18,900 is too much. I'd bid 20% below and settle at about 
$15-$16.

If you're financing - I would compare cost/benefit of buying this car or 
buying/leasing a new A4 on a spreadsheet: that 3yr free maint. 
thing/warranty is very valuable on a sophisticated car like 
the Auid (especially since you are going to have to replace timing belt 
pretty soon).

Other than that, my 94 90csq has the same mileage - I'm pretty happy 
with it so far.
