Ho ho, tell that one to the judge... WA state law is 25mph unless otherwise
posted!  (Seattle has 30 for 'arterials'... whatever they define an 'arterial'
as this week.)  I actually watched a case where someone tried to argue that
the speed limit sign was obstructed.  Didn't work.

YMMV, check your own state law etc..
