The cat is indeed out of the bag, and in at least one place you might
not expect. I spend a fair amount of time in the Chapel Hill/Research
Triangle area of North Carolina and, save for New England, have never
seen so many Volvos and Saabs in one area. But virtually no Audis other
than beat-up old 4000 and 5000s limping toward the end of their lives in
the hands of UNC and Duke students. Just got back from a long weekend
in that neck o' the woods, and saw five (count 'em) new A6s (all but one
a quattro) and one A4 (fwd) in Chapel Hill alone, most from Leith, a
dealership in nearby Cary, NC.
