"an H plate" (was: Re: Saw a gread Ur-Q)

The letters change on August 1 each year.  My 1989 model (1988 build) 10V ur-
quattro is on an "F".  A very few "F"s, almost all the "G"s and all of the "H"s 
are 20Vs.

So it was a red 20V.  From the geography, one of two that I know about down 
there.  One of them is a daily driver, and is often to be met flying round the 
roads around Guildford.  He was a little off territory in Vaginia Water (sic!) 
but not much.
