A/C 5k

Well, after stumbling around the 5k today looking at the A/C, I found a 
few things. Well, actually just one: the thin copper pipe on the 
passenger side of the A/C compartment is COLD. I mean-- really cold-- so 
this seems to rule out a few things. I think. I have no idea where to go 
from there, though. Is there an easy access to the heater core? is there 
an easy way (or any way, I have no idea) to check the temp regulator 
flap?

This could get frustrating as I know that it can "make" cold, but it 
won't give any to the passenger!
