Opinion for 91 200 Quattro

a) I would expect a stock 1991 car to boost at 1.6 - Audi lowered boost levels
   and raised compression across its engine range between 1988 and 1990.
 
b) Changing the oil seal will make things _worse_?  So taking it out completely
   will make them better, n'est pas?  BS.  It's a source of unmetered air, and
   leads to the air/fuel volume curves being mismatched when they are set 
   at idle.  Your closed-loop OXS controls will partially compensate, but 
   not completely.  The engine should be tight.
