The time of oscillation is not usually that fast.  On the CIS-equipped 
Quattros, the time is more like a half to a full second depending on what 
the rpm and load conditions are.   On real EFI cars, that rate is 
calibratable in the original software, BTDT.

The best is to use a commercially available LED meter that was designed 
to read the O2 sensor.
