FW: 4KCSQ - need leather front seats, door panels, OEM items....

Hi...I'm restoring an '86 4KCSQ which is in need of replacement front seats, due to poor leather maintenance over the years by prior owners.  Should I attempt to find some 'takeouts' and replace the entire seats, or would it be cheaper to
have the seats recovered? I'm also in need of an interior door panel for a rear door which has slash across the leather.
Any recommendations for junkyard or takeout sources for these interior items (they are red leather, BTW).

I'm also looking for OEM-type floor mats (black) which fit the studs on the front floor - an earlier post noted Lloyds, but no address - and OEM mudflaps with the Audi circles - any suggested sources for these?
