Well, don't know about you, but I do know the following...Most of the
VW/Audis with that engine top out around 110.  This includes my car, 1986
Golf (Before the crunch!)  And my mechanics 2 audi 4000's (both of which were
pulling above 100...) Now, since that amount of weight difference (300 pounds
or so) would only effect acceleration, then top speed should stay about the
same.  Also, I believe that the Coupe GT's top speed was closer to 115, last
I knew...
