Nope, Phil. I just tried Netscape 2.02 from OS/2 3.0 and 4.0, Netscape
3.01 from NT 3.51, and good 'ol Lynx from HP-UX -- and all loaded and
displayed without problems. Perhaps you have a Netscape beta?
