The idle controller is officially _supposed_ to be sensitive to electrical
loads, or more especially battery voltage. I think idle is supposed to go to
around 1100 rpm if the battery voltage falls below 10.something.
But I'd still _double_check_ the grounds.
The system is also ludicrously sensitive to intermittent breaks in the ISV
circuit.
