Coolant Problem

Vince, you're lucky you can see it, otherwise the engine is probably
drinking it through the head gasket.
This is a classic case of the "perverseness of inanimate objects". You put
the pressure tester on the car, no problems. You drive the car, it leaks.
After you drive the car and it leaks, you need to clear away the shrouds
around the radiator and get in there with a flashlight and check the hose
connections as well as the radiator tubes where they join the headers. Look
at the block near the water pump. You'll find it.
