CD in 91 200 TQ

Hi,

I just picked up my 91 200 TQ yesterday. The first problem I noticed is 
when I play CDs with the factory CD changer that is a lot of noise. It 
sounded like some other FM frequency interrupted the CD signal for half 
a second and this happens often. I talked to the guy who sold me the 
car and he said the dealer tried to fix it several times without luck. 
He also mentioned this is a problem with all the 200 TQ. Anyone has the 
same problem and is there a fix for it? I am thinking of putting a 
aftermarket head unit in it and hope it would cure the problem.
