Jesse,

Did you buy that gold one in North Hollywood? I drove that on Monday!
And I even have an '86 Coupe GT! I'm glad it went to an enthusiast. I
also think the clutch is on it's way out. I didn't notice any problems
with the windows or switches when I checked it. I only checked the
driver door switches. Did you notice the dent in the bottom right
rocker panel, toward the rear?

I almost traded my Saturn in on it, but the guy wanted to give me less
than what I owe on it. I went out to buy a pickup anyway. Had to look
at the 20valve, so I could rule it out and sleep at night.

Good luck with the car. I noticed the P/O had most of the service
record stamps in the owners manual.

No wonder the dude wasn't dealin'. He already had a buyer in his
pocket. I saw the loan app on the desk, don't know if it was yours.

MANDATORY AUDI CONTENT (for the rest of us): For those interested,
there is a plain little Audi 80 non-quattro at the same dealership. A
shell of a Quattro...
