Fred,

	You are treading very thin ice with that one - you're likely to be
hit with 4-ringed lightning making propositions like that.  :-) The Audi
gods don't take too kindly to non-audi parts/engine swaps.  The AudiGods
don't even take too kindly to modifications, but some of us are doing it 
behind their backs.
