A wise statement.  There are a lot of folks on the list that "Think" they 
know what's going on suspension wise on their Audi's but don't.

Correct

One of the major cause's of handling complaints...

You've got that backwards....  Stiffing a bar will effectivly DECREASE 
traction at that end.  Stiffer rear bar= Oversteer.
