Putting Eibach progressive springs and Bilstein Sport struts on my 83 ur-q,
along with 215/50/15 tires most certainly altered the handling. I am still
sorting out just what the new pattern is. The rear is more loose, turn in is
really quick. Body roll is minimal and fore/aft rocking is gone. Does it
suck? Nah. I will go looking in the archives for the 5k stuff, and hope to
get some track/skid pad time this summer to decide if any more stiffness
would be usefull. The first snow last fall showed how loose the rear had
become, but snow tires brought almost all of the grip back. They are
205/60/15. Any and all thoughts welcome.
