blackout tail lenses for coupe

I think I mentioned that a new member showed up at a recent meeting,
and had an MB with Coupe tail lights.

There seems to be an inconsistency.  The ur-quattro (our version) has
twin (total four) bulbs in its rear lights.  All are twin-filament, 5w
as sidelights, 20w as brake lights.  This was supposedly mandated
because of the "smoking" of the lenses.  But the Coupe, with the same
lens colour, uses a conventional approach of two single-filament bulbs
each side - one for the sidelights and one for the brake lights.
