91 200 Quattro Hard Start Problem

I am having a problem starting my car.  It takes anywhere from one to five
attempts t start the car.  I took it to the dealer and they hooked it up to
their computer and said I had four faults that showed up which I have listed
below:

00513
Engine Speed Sensor-G28
Incorrect signal 
sporadic DTC

00514
Crankshaft Position Sensor-G4
No signal
sporadic DTC

00515
Crankshaft Position Sensor-G40
Open/Short circuit to B+
sporadic DTC

00516
Closed Throttle Position Swith-F60
Open/Short circuit to B+
sporadic DTC

Once the car starts it runs great.  The dealer seems to feel that I need a
new flywheel but I am skeptical of this solution and would like some input
from the list.
