StarChip and Airbag

Bought the British Complete Car magazine in Boston airport last week and saw
an ad on the last page for a StarChip for 196hp for 2.8V6.  I forgot the
company name as I loan the mag out.  Anyone on the list heard about them ?  

My A4Q airbag light was on yesterday and brought it in today. The dealer
reset it and says it is OK now.  Possibly due to some voltage spike problem.
 Anyone seen this before ?

By the way I notice higher number of Saab aroung New England area and Audi
around Concord/Ma area, comparing to the SF bay area.
