91 200tqw hydraulic pump

OK, lets try this again.  The expensive hydraulic steering/brake
pressure pump on my wagon is leaking, the 2nd pump to do so in 5 years.
Who can lend a hand and give me some pointers as to: 1) do I take in
into the dealer and spend maybe over 1/2K$ and get the job done, or 2)
do I take it out and rebuild it myself?  Mainly, is there a kit or such
that I can rebuild it with, and what is involved in getting the pump out
of the car?  I'm getting tired of buying G002000 Hydrolik Oel.  Thanks,
for what I'm sure has been gone over in these pages before.
