Crappy Audi weekend....

2 crappy things happened to my Audi this long weekend... 1) it looks like
some friggin' idiot used his/her feet to open their door into my left rear
door. Result: a 1 inch ding. 2) I have a wood screw in my left rear tire;
replacement appears to hover in the $110-$140 range. 

2 questions: 1) has anyone in the MA area used a good "paintless dent
removal" service?
and 2) does anyone have any faith in tire repair when fixing a puncture in
the tread?

I hope you all had a better Audi weekend than me.... the Gods are teasing
me until the Monty Python style boot comes out of the sky and squashes me.
