idle blues

HI all, you have been very helpful in the past and i haven't had many 
porblems on my 5000 lately that I haven't been able to figure out.
It runs great at speed, absolutely wonderful, as a matter of fact I was on an
opwn 3-lane highway last night and I hit 110MPH with no problem.
But when it comes to an idle, it misses. not real bad but enough to drive 
me crazy.
I have checked the Full throttle switch, changed the idle switch, and checked
my vacuum lines. One question.... could a bad o-2 sensor do this to an 2.2 NA
engine w/ K-jetronic??? 
If not, any suggestions??? 
I hate city driving with this darn miss.

Please, any suggestions....
