[Q] SparkPlugs on 4kcsq

Hi,
Quick question. What should be the best choice for spark plugs on my 87
4kcsq? I am confused from reading the insane amount of information on
the net about spitfires and Bosch platinums. here is my predictment

1) The manual says use Bosch WR7DTC, I think they are the Bosch super
Tri-plugs (copper). Net sages say that single electrode beats the tri if
you have single ignition cables.
2) I have Platinumns in my car for nearly 30k or so, they don't give me
much problem, but rough starts in the morning, want to switch.
3) If I go with single electrode coppers then i shold go with WR7DC
right?
