Rear Alignment on Coupes with Disk Brakes???

As much as I'd like to have rear disk brakes, I'm concerned about the
following drawback which I'd appreciate your feedback. Since it's a rigid
axle, I can shim the rear wheels since the brakes are drums. With disks, I
can't. Is there a work around with disks to bring the rear into alignment?
